How to keep your body fit in hot weather

Intense heat of summer sometimes makes our sweat smell bad and leads to an awkward condition. But we can get rid of this discomfort situation naturally. Some of tips are:
* Drink more water to avoid heat.
* Repeatedly wash your face, hands and feet with water.
* Physical weakness may be sweating a lot.
* Try to eat more nutritious foods, vegetables and fruits.
* A lot of water went out from our body during sweat, so drink more saline and fruit juice.
* Eat healthy cold foods.
* Stay away from the fried foods and rich food.
* Use a good brand of perfume.
* Use few drops of rose-water in bath water while showering.
* Take shower twice a day.
* Do not go out without need when the sun is too harsh.
* Avoid smoking and taking drugs of all kinds , because they produce more sweat .
* Wear light-colored thin cotton clothes. As light color cloth will absorb less heat than bright one. And air can easily move through a thin cotton cloth. Hence less heat will be felt in the body makes it more comfortable.
